Built for Precision. Powered by Capability.
Our Equipment
5-Axis CNC
5-axis CNC machines are advanced machining tools that offer exceptional flexibility and precision for working with complex composite parts. By moving along five axes: X, Y, Z, A, and B, these machines can produce intricate shapes and angles that standard 3-axis machines cannot achieve. At Statt Engineering, 5-axis CNC technology enables us to deliver highly accurate and geometrically complex composite components.
CAD Systems
Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems for composites are specialized tools used to design and model composite components with precision. They enable engineers to create detailed digital representations, including layup configurations and material orientations. At Statt Engineering, CAD systems are essential for optimizing composite part design and ensuring manufacturability from concept to production.
CAM Systems
Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) systems for composites automate the production process by converting digital designs into precise machine instructions. These systems control cutting, shaping, and fiber layup to ensure consistent and efficient manufacturing. At Statt Engineering, CAM technology plays a vital role in transforming composite designs into high-quality finished components.
CMM
A Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is a high-precision device used to measure the geometry of physical objects by detecting discrete points on a surface with a probe. It ensures components meet exact specifications by capturing accurate measurements across three dimensions: X, Y, and Z. At Statt Engineering, CMM inspections are integral to our quality assurance process, verifying the dimensional integrity of every part we produce.
Faro Arm
A FaroArm is a portable coordinate measuring machine (CMM) used for high-precision inspection and verification of composite parts. It enables dimensional analysis, CAD-based inspection, and reverse engineering directly on the shop floor. At Statt Engineering, the FaroArm enhances our ability to ensure accuracy throughout the composite manufacturing process, including ply layup and final part validation.
Laser Scanners
Laser scanners provide a high-precision, non-contact method for capturing detailed 3D data of composite parts and surfaces. They are essential for inspecting complex geometries and verifying dimensional accuracy throughout the manufacturing process. At Statt Engineering, laser scanning technology supports quality control and reverse engineering by delivering fast, accurate surface measurements.
Compliance & Safety
Certified for Aerospace. Trusted Across Industries.
At Statt Engineering, we prioritize quality, security, and compliance to meet the needs of our clients in the aerospace and defense industries. With AS9100D certification, ITAR registration, and NIST compliance, we ensure the highest standards in quality management, data security, and regulatory adherence. Our commitment to strict quality control and traceability ensures that every project we handle is executed with precision and accountability, making us a trusted partner for engineering and tooling solutions.

NIST Compliance
We follow cybersecurity requirements outlined in NIST SP 800-171a, as verified through annual 3rd-party assessments. Our security posture supports the safeguarding of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and controlled technical data in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7012 and related Department of Defense (DoD) mandates. In addition, we maintain strict adherence to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), ensuring that technical data and export-controlled information are protected and handled in compliance with U.S. export control laws.

AS9100D Certification
We are proud to be AS9100D certified, reflecting our commitment to the highest quality standards in aerospace manufacturing. This certification ensures our aerospace-grade Quality Management System (QMS) meets rigorous industry requirements for safety, reliability, and consistency. It reinforces our dedication to precision, compliance, and continuous improvement across all projects.

ITAR Registration
Demonstrating our compliance with U.S. export control regulations governing defense-related materials and data. This registration ensures we handle sensitive information securely and in accordance with federal law. It reflects our ongoing commitment to safeguarding national security and supporting defense industry requirements.
